Dr. Amanda Selk

Dr. Amanda Selk is a nationally and internationally recognized expert in vulvar diseases and gynecology. She is a staff gynecologist at Mount Sinai Hospital and Women’s College Hospital in Toronto, as well as an Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Toronto. Dr. Selk created and leads a postgraduate fellowship in vulvovaginal health, one of the first of its kind in North America, aimed at training future leaders in this specialized field.

A past president of the North American Chapter of the International Society for the Study of Vulvovaginal Disease (NA-ISSVD), Dr. Selk currently serves on the board of the ISSVD. In addition to her leadership roles, she hosts The Vulva Diaries podcast, which focuses on vulvovaginal disease education for health care practitioners. Her dedication to improving care for women worldwide is reflected in her work to enhance medical education and access to care.
